Course Description
We now offer classes in Spanish!
In an attempt to make classes as convenient as possible, we offer regular classes at our local classrooms as well as customized on-site classes at our clients' locations.
We can conduct the training in homes, businesses or wherever it is most convenient.
All materials, supplies and training tools are provided by CPR Professionals.
Instructor Training
As an American Heart Association training center, CPR Professionals has the ability to provide BLS and Heartsaver instructor training. We make every effort to customize this training to meet the prospective instructors' needs. Please call us for more information on Instructor Training.
BLS for the Healthcare Provider
This class includes CPR for Adults, Children & Infants. Also included is management of foreign body airway obstructions (Heimlich maneuver) and an introduction to the A.E.D. (automated external defibrillator)
HeartSaver CPR
This class teaches the basics of CPR for Adults, Children and Infants. It also has the option of just doing Adult CPR or just doing Child & Infant CPR. This class also includes management of foreign body airway obstructions (Heimlich maneuver).
HeartSaver AED
This class prepares lay rescuers to perform the essential CPR skills and to use an AED.
First Aid
The class teaches the basics of First Aid including General Principles, Medical Emergencies, Injury Emergencies, with optional modules for AED (Automated External Defibrillator) and Environmental Emergencies. This class meets all OSHA requirements.
CPR/First Aid
This class incorporates both HeartSaver CPR and First Aid in one comprehensive class.
On-line Learning Classes
A blended learning program for Healthcare Providers as well as for all levels of Heartsaver training. Written portions are done on-line followed by an instructor mediated skills test. These classes are ideal for the seasoned provider needing to re-certify in a timely and convenient manner.
